Admissions & Enrollment Steps:

  1. Submit the online Application & Fee (to secure your child’s place)

  2. Attend an Information Meeting to meet our staff and tour the campus (CLICK HERE for dates)

  3. Submit Annual Registration Packet & Fee

    • You will receive the registration documents checklist by email upon our receiving your online application

  4. Parent & Student interview with our principal or school director will be scheduled upon receipt of all needed documentation as noted above. The Admissions & Enrollment documents must be received in advance of the interview to give our staff the time to review all information provided prior to your family interview.

  5. New Students will complete an Assessment/ Diagnostic Test on campus

  6. Formal Determination Letter will be sent by email. Student Covenant (found within the Student Handbook and Tuition Contract with payment schedule (as outlined during family interview) will each be sent to prospective Academy families for review and signature.

  7. Prior to our first day of school, the date for our Open House will be emailed, allowing an evening for our staff, parents and students to enjoy refreshments, while getting better acquainted with each other and the campus.

Enrollment Fees

  • New Student Application Fee $50 (New Students) Online Application http://www.embassyacademy.org/online-application)

  • Annual Registration Fee: $150: New Students. ($50: Returning Students) This holds your child’s place (Due July 10th)

  • New Student Assessment / Diagnostic Testing Fee $50 (New Students Only) To be paid on the day of testing

  • Curriculum Fee annual for K-12th $600 (Due by July 24th)

    *Application, Annual Registration, Diagnostic Testing, & Annual Curriculum fees are non-refundable and required to secure enrollment

Tuition Fees: $7,000 Per Year ($700 per month)

Multi-Student Family Discount

  • 20% Sibling Discount - If you have more than one child enrolled in the academy, your first child’s tuition will be billed at the regular rate. Each sibling thereafter will receive a 20% discount per month on tuition. As far as we have found, Embassy Academy has the most generous sibling discount among all of the Houston private schools. Example: $700 Tuition minus 20% Sibling Discount of $140 equals a monthly Tuition payment of $560, making that an annual savings of $1,400 for each of your additional children. Embassy Academy has offered this generous family incentive plan for several years & we have not found any other schools in the greater Houston area offering the same.

8:15 am - Morning Drop-off Time
3:00 pm - Afternoon Pick-up Time

If you need to consider before or after school care, we have negotiated a special rate with a Christian owned & operated daycare directly across the street from our academy.  Ask us for details.

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by end of August to begin their Kindergarten year with us!

Space is limited for quality education.

Tuition Payments Options:

  • Prepay for the school year with a 5% Tuition Discount

  • 12-month Payment plan: $583.33 per Month (June thru May)

  • 10-month Payment Plan: $700.00 per Month (August thru May)

Other than Prepaid accounts, Tuition payments are paid by auto-draft, through an encrypted online payment processing system which has the same level security as major banks.  We neither collect nor manage your credit card#.  Payment is made from  your choice of a debit or credit card. You will enter your card information once, and then each month a few days prior to the 1st of the month, your payment will be processed and then paid to the academy.  

The other option we have is to receive payments by Cash App. We will share the Academy’s user ID with you upon request & provide a receipt upon each payment received.
