About the Founders…
Pastor’s daughters and twin sisters, Tiffany Lacelle and Andrea Castillo graduated with honors from Sam Houston State University, in Huntsville, TX, where they earned degrees in English & Spanish and teaching certifications.  Tiffany continued on with her studies by completing a 2-year program of Cross-cultural training for International Missions and Church planting as a student at Christ For The Nations (CFNI), in Dallas, TX.

Tiffany and Andrea taught in public schools until having children of their own.  Both decided to home-school their children so they could have the best education with a Christian world-view. Andrea & Tiffany attended private Christian schools for their entire grade school years, K-12th.  They believe this blessing carries the responsibility to bless others.  They oversee the Children & Youth Ministries, serving as pastors at Embassy Church and are excited to offer what they believe is the best in Christian education!

Andrea Castillo

Pastor Ray Lacelle serves as the principal, a teacher, business administrator & public relations rep for Embassy Academy. He oversees our daily chapels for the students and staff, our weekly chapel services for our students, parents & local community, teaches Dave Ramsey Finance related classes to the middle & high school grades, oversees the mentoring program he’s developed for young men and their fathers, and provides prayer and counseling services for our academy families. Pastors Ray and Tiffany have three daughters, two who have already graduated from, and one who attends the academy.

Bro Ray entered the ministry in the late 80’s. He has worn many hats: functioned as a youth minister, TV & Radio host, administrator for a nationally recognized ministry, executive director for a missions organization, and as an administrative pastor for a church he helped to plant. In addition to his role at Embassy Academy, he is an author and media host, speaking at churches and conferences in Texas and throughout the US. Ray is the director of Ambassadors to the Nations (aka Ray Lacelle Ministries, Inc), a ministry organization he founded in 1995.

Special Acknowledgment:
We dedicate Embassy Academy in memory of our beloved mother, Melinda Davis, who is our primary inspiration in starting this school.  She was a woman of strong faith in God.  We thank her for her dedicated perseverance to keep us in a Christian school.  Our mother faithfully helped our father with the office work for his traveling evangelistic ministry, but decided to also start a small cleaning business with her sister to make extra income cleaning homes and offices, which ensured that she and Rev Davis would be able to afford the expense for their daughters’ private Christian school education.

One of the last conversations Tiffany and Andrea had with their mother before she passed away, was about the twins’ daughters’ education. Melinda asked that her daughters would not send her grandchildren to public school, but to use their faith and sacrifice as needed to provide that same opportunity as she did for Tiffany and Andrea.

We want to thank our father, Pastor Jerry Davis, founder of “Christian World Embassy,” a disaster relief organization.  Dad has traveled the world giving hope to those in crisis.  For all our lives, our father has exemplified to us a genuinely devoted life as an ambassador for Christ.

Having traveled to over 60 nations in his evangelistic ministry, Bro Jerry is known to many as a soul winner. His beachside ministry outreach in Corpus Christi Tx made international headlines in the 1980’s, when he was determined not to stop preaching the Gospel on the beach when threatened by the local authorities. A young attorney at the time by the name of Jay Sekulow took Rev Jerry’s case to the Texas Supreme Court and won this landmark victory, making it easier for Christians everywhere in the US to share their faith in public without fear of being arrested for doing so. Pastor Jerry is the founder and senior overseer of The Disaster Pastor Network, a Christian disaster ministry network which collaborates with ministries, churches, secular & government agencies to help people in time of crisis.
