Church Affiliation

Embassy Academy is a non-denominational school where Christians of different denominational backgrounds are respected and viewed as “one family” of God and as brothers and sisters through Christ.  Our general statement of faith is in the application.  Students and parents are expected to participate/attend a church of your choice.  We are here to partner with parents to reinforce Christian values at home.  Together, we can “Train up a child in the way he should go [and in keeping with his individual gift or bent], and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

Standard of Conduct:
We aim to create the best learning atmosphere possible, and that means each student must adhere to classroom rules and maintain disciplined and respectful behavior. Students are expected to be diligent in their school work during the school day and to complete any homework on time.

Students are expected to act in a respectful manner towards teachers and other students. Embassy Academy will not accept any student who has been dismissed from their previous school for disciplinary reasons. While we endeavor to follow a Biblical pattern of positive and progressive discipline when addressing misbehavior or misconduct, we also maintain the right and obligation to other students and their parents to suspend and/or permanently expel a student for repeated or extreme unacceptable conduct.

Students with Special Needs
We are also currently and regrettably unable to service students with learning disabilities or certain physical disabilities as we do not yet have the qualified staff for this.

Immunization Records & Health Policy
All parents should submit their child's immunization records upon enrollment. It is important that you keep your child's records updated and they receive their shots as instructed by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Sick Days Policy
If your child comes to school ill or running a fever, you will be notified and must pick him/her up so that another child does not contract illness. Your child will have an excused absence. If he or she misses 3 consecutive days, they must have return with a doctor’s note. They must also complete any past due assignments.

Lunch Policy
The school does not have a cafeteria staff to prepare and serve meals. Students must bring their lunch each day.  The lunch room does have microwaves.  Anything that needs to be heated in the microwave needs to be child-friendly.

Uniform Dress Code
Uniforms help foster school spirit and build unity and a focus on learning, rather than what peers may be wearing in the class. Students will be required to arrive in their full uniform each day unless otherwise announced by the Principal. Uniforms should appear neat and clean. New ones will need to be purchased if they become stained or discolored.

Thank you for your interest in Embassy Academy!  We invite you to join us for an upcoming informational meetings for the upcoming school year at Embassy Academy.
